"Not 5 stars. The customer service is not up to par with 5 stars and the food was awful so expect to eat other places about 20 mins away. No one tells you that the road getting to the hotel is the bumpiest ride I’ve ever experienced. The beach was my favorite part since it’s private. The rooms (we got the garden view) did not look like the pictures like they were smaller and outdated. Front desk is useless when you have problems and they tried to charge me double for my food.
